- A list of vendor engagements above the disclosure threshold, with name, scope, and amount;
- A list of conflicts of interest declared and recusals recorded in the quarter;
- A summary of regulatory engagement (INEC, NDPC, NFIU, EFCC where relevant);

4. Published reports
The first quarterly transparency report will be published in line with the schedule above. Until then, this Section displays a placeholder. Once a report is published, it is preserved here permanently.
5. Archive policy
Published reports remain accessible on this Site for at least seven (7) years from the date of publication, and longer where required by law. Where a published report is amended (for example, to correct a clerical error), the amendment is published as a separate document accompanying - and not replacing - the original.
6. Errors and corrections
We commit to publish a correction within five (5) business days of identifying any material error in a published report. The correction is sent by email to every donor for whom we have an email address, and posted prominently on this Section.
7. Independent verification
Every quarterly report is reviewed by the Audit Committee before publication, and at least one quarter per year is the subject of an independent agreed-upon-procedures engagement by the external auditor.
