Terms of Use
Effective 29 April 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Parties
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or the “User”) and Peter Gregory Obi, CON (the “Authorising Principal,” sometimes also referred to as the “Campaign,” “we,” “our” or “us”), in respect of your use of the website at peterobi.support (the “Site”) and any associated services, including the donation platform (the “Donation Platform”).
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
Where you act on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to “you” and “your” include the organisation.
3. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Where we make a material change, we will increment the version number and the effective date at the top of the affected section(s), and post a notice on the Site for at least fourteen (14) days. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.
We will not retroactively reduce your rights without your express consent.
4. Entire agreement; severability; survival
These Terms, together with the documents they incorporate by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Authorising Principal in respect of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including without limitation Sections 6 (Disclaimers), 7 (Indemnification), and 8 (Governing law) - survive.
5. Document hierarchy
Where there is a conflict between these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any specific agreement entered into between you and the Authorising Principal in writing, the following order of precedence applies (highest first):
- Any specific written agreement signed by both parties;
- The Privacy Policy, in respect of personal data;
- These Terms.
